What are your working hours?

We have flexible working hours to suit customer’s convenience. We undertake early morning or late night jobs as well.

Do you offer your cleaning service on Fridays and holidays?

Yes, considering customer’s convenience, we work on Fridays and other Holidays as well.

Should I do any preparation in my flat/villa before the crew arrives?

No, you don’t need to do anything. We will do necessary precautions after examining the site if necessary.

Should the furniture be taken out for the cleaning service?

No, we sanitize your furniture then and there. No need to take the furniture out of the room.

Do you use harmful chemicals for sanitization?

No, we never use chemicals that are harmful for humans and pets.

How long it will take for the cleaning service?

One mattress sanitization - 60 minutes to 90 minutes, one seat sofa cleaning - 20 minutes, one sq.mt carpet cleaning - 15 minutes, an average size curtain cleaning- 40 minutes. We are able to finish multiple jobs at a time hence total job time required can be reduced.

How long it will take for drying?

Mattress - 90 minutes, sofa & carpet - 3 hrs, curtain - 2 hrs. However, the drying time varies according to material and climate.

Should I unhook the curtain for sanitization?

No, we can sanitize your curtain on hooks. Decorative curtains are given at most care to sanitize without affecting the positions.

Do you sanitize leather sofa?

Yes, we do. Leather sanitizing includes application of leather protective coat as well to prevent further damages.

Will you be able to remove all the stains and spots from my carpet/upholstery?

We have a very high success rate in removing all spots and stains; however, we cannot give a guarantee. Our ability to remove stains and spots will depend on several factors including the nature of the spot and stain, how long it has been on the FABRIC and what cleaning chemicals have already been tried on. Usually the longer the spot and stains remained on the fabric, the harder it is to get them out. Also, the more chemicals already been tried on the fabric the more difficult it is for us to remove the spots.

How repeatedly should I sanitize my furniture?

Once in 6 months is the most advisable time duration.

How do I ensure that your cleaning service is satisfactory?

As per our cleaning service and quality policy, we will not accept payments if you are not satisfied with our work.
